      Meritocracy feels biased against juniors

      Office is nice with good access to lunch/snacks/drinks.

      Cons

      Payment structure only benefits top level management. Claims it runs a meritocratic structure but it’s all about who management likes on a personal level not professional. Juniors generally treated badly and underpaid.

      Well organised programme with plenty of opportunities to practise live trading early on. Great people and nice food/other benefits

      Nature of the work is quite stressful. Long working hours.
