      Pros

      Now offers a great portfolio of products and solutions at hand that can compete now with the giant telecom vendors.

      Cons

      Not stable at the moment since the objective of the company is to outsource most of its technical roles to India.

      Pros

      Good perks and salaries. Good policies, good working environment. Veterans working in Mavenir from past 5-8 years seem to be very satisfied with Mavenir and its benefits and incentive plans.

      Cons

      Management team is very aggressive. Any non performing asset is sacked off immediately without warnings. Seen some top level guys being sacked on very short notice for non-performance.
