Pros

Flexible work life balance and an environment that fosters collaborative growth. Plenty of opportunity to learn new technologies. Excellent training and resources positioned to ensure all employees are well versed on the industry.

Cons

Not a con, less formal structure than other large organizations. This is something I actually enjoy having come from the latter.

Pros

It's been around a month that I have started working and I'm already loving the Mavens life & culture. They really care about their employees, great pay, great benefits, great company values and great workplace culture. In spite of working remotely, everyone is ready to help you all the time. Additionally, the India team lead is an excellent mentor who has helped me professionally and personally whenever required.

Cons

Nothing I can think as of now.

Pros

Everyone is very committed to your success, at all levels. Team members and co-workers are helpful, approachable, and really do LIVE the Mavens values. The training tools along with the materials are extremely well done.

Cons

The onboarding process is really good however, doing it remotely is not for everyone. It was a little difficult to do all of the computer set up remotely as well.
