They do not make the managers accountable for anything nor do they have to have proof of reason to terminate. They exercise Nevada being a right to work state to the fullest extent.

1) Management on every level plays favorites. They're more than happy to let a well performing employee go because someone else, that they like more, wasn't pleased. 2) The technology used for web infrastructure is from the 90s and they're not interested in upgrading unless it literally saves them money somehow. 3) If you're a woman, please find employment elsewhere. Working here will not be easy and complaints about harassment are basically ignored. 4) There is no upward career movement. There's barely lateral career movement. 5) If you want to be one of the few salaried employees in the world that has to clock in like an hourly employee, this is the job for you.
