      Pros

      Managed by swedes which means flexible work hours, very friendly when it comes to family issues. Good pay, English speaking environment. Good number of vacation days, food and drinks always available in the office, very good office manager.

      Cons

      Office in a very crowded area of Marbella. Almost impossible to park. Very hot an noisy area as it is mostly filled with tourists. Expensive life around the office.

      Pros

      Mavrix has the best office space in all of Marbella with a big outdoor roof top area and nice views. They also offers good compensations and a lot of freedom. Employees are all very friendly and skilled.

      Cons

      Not many downsides really. The building elevator sucks. Parking is a bit expensive in the area.
