      Cons would be the toxic environment, micromanagement, zero work life balance, no one takes a lunch hour, no growth opportunities and the number of former employees. They burn good people out very quickly and are very quick to dismiss employees

      Challenging and rewarding environment with plenty of opportunities to grow with the company. Strong and supportive company culture. Leadership genuinely recognizes and appreciates employee efforts. Employees are not Micromanaged. Competitive pay and excellent benefits.

      Cons

      Fast-paced environment and team of high performers. You need to be self driven and motivated - which may not be for everyone (depending on your work style).
