      Pros

      I enjoy all the people I work with, they are like a family. Our leadership team is easy to communicate with and very supportive. Able to work long days and have a 3rd off.

      Cons

      For some it may be the late hours as we are open until 7 to provide service to school age children and others who work early hours.

      Pros

      Co workers are phenomenal. Medical, dental and vision benefits are good. Management does well with listening to concerns, and will make sure you’re comfortable with your caseload. It’s easy to take time off with appropriate notice. You will learn a lot from the PT’s they definitely know their stuff! Also it’s a laid back environment for the most part at the GB location. Makes it easier to work.

      Cons

      Low pay, no bonuses (incentives), low mileage reimbursement, EMR system not the best, high productivity. Only earn 4 hrs PTO per pay period. You can’t catch up on notes on the clock. You have to do it at home without pay.
