      Pros

      This company seemed nice on the surface. In the industry it was a household name with good reputation. It was easy to see customers as they were familiar with the products and ready to buy more.

      Cons

      They were purchased in 2014 and it became clear senior management didn't know how to run a company. They didn't care about the people at all. They forced out the experienced middle managers who still fought for the employees and replaced them with "yes" men.

      Pros

      Everyone that I worked with worked hard and had positive attitudes. Had a good work life balance and fun in and out of work.

      Cons

      Some of the people at corporate were self serving and worked hard to maintain silos. Good people left because they couldn't work with the bullies.

      Pros

      Tidland is willing to work with your schedule. They have some advancement opportunities, but with trying to keep costs down they tend to just add more responsibilities to current employees.

      Cons

      Company is not as satisfying to work for now they are global. They used to be more about what is best for the employee.
