      There are not a lot of electronic companies in downtown La Jolla

      The company is rather small and they do not have a plan to expand, also no stock options

      - Good management - Good coworkers - Lots of flexibility - Beautiful office location

      Cons

      - Salary is lower typically than market. Good benefits (including annual bonuses, good 401k match) and flexibility however compensate for this in my opinion mostly
