Being a new spin off company, there are lots of opportunities and room for growth. Very collaborative and supportive work culture. People are genuinely nice and helpful.

Cons

Many processes, policies and infrastructures are yet to be in place. People who wanna join this company must have a pioneering spirit. Not for the faint hearted.

Flexible working arrangement, pro-employee health benefits and you see everyone really trying their best to contribute and always do better. A lot of talented and dependable peers despite working virtually. People are always motivated to work even when things get difficult.

The culture of politics. If they don't like you, they will do everything in their power to get rid of you. There are many employees who became a victim of unjust and biased termination and dismissal. Slave workforce, no work and life balance. Giving unrealistic targets and deadlines. Internal career opportunities are limited, promotion is based on politics.
