      + WLB, functional position only work on 9-18 and will never got disturb outside those hours + Basic BPJS Kes + TK + International Colleagues

      Cons

      - Bad Russian culture - Underpaid - Underappreciated - Nobody's special, everyone is replaceable

      Fast paced international environment, learning many things and culture

      Cons

      Not much space to grow and or delivered our own ideas, very discriminized between russian and indonesia native employee, must stand by for task or duty 24/7 even at holiday

      They paid salaries on time

      Cons

      You could not find a balance between your job and life. You are always under an avalanche of assignments. Their Russian managers' behavior is totally rude and awful.
