Pros

Working alongside nice, hardworking people who treat each other with respect. Participating in a business promoting Sports apparel.

Cons

Nepotism at upper management where mistakes and questionable business decisions are consistently made, a toxic work environment where the language and blatant disrespect of hard-working associates is the normal culture, micro-management, lack of trust and support (unless you are related), bare minimum benefits, hire people for their experience but want to continue to do things their way which will support their inevitable downfall. Employees are undervalued and under paid (unless you are related).

Pros

Great colleagues, forming relationships with people that will last a life time.

Cons

-No HR department despite having over 50 employees. - No salary increases. - Lack of a Design Director. - No finance department. - No 401(k) plan. - A workplace culture where employees are constantly undermining each other. - Terminated individuals who were invested in the brand and its growth. - High turnover rates, with employees leaving frequently.

Pros

Work environment is generally good, people are treated respectfully and it's a good work life balance most of the time, offices are spacious and adequately maintained.

Cons

Very bad benefits package. It's a bare minimum for everything type of deal. Total lack of creative direction. The attempts to implement a professional and organized system for the design processes seems to always end the same way: nowhere. There is no design director, so the team works on a "throw ideas on the wall and see what sticks" method.
