      Pros: ummm nothing mmmm and then more of nothing. Mr Gary Rocaro will call into you his office(he will point at his paddle)He will tell you: be a rat for me , tell everything that you see and then he will fire you if you don’t do it. Simple

      Cons well look at the pros comments. Is too much to say about this company. The good thing is that the GM Ron banks is not there anymore so that’s a positive thing. But be careful with josh , he is the biggest rat there

      Family owned and all work here, good work life balance, well structured and organized. Fun office crew. You get to set your own appointment schedule.

      Cons

      You have to really hustle and put in the work to get new customers and make commission but if you are a hard worker you will.
