If you are considering working at this company then please read this. At one-time Maximus had an incredibly talented group of employees that demonstrated remarkable teamwork, collaboration, and in fact genuinely liked each other - something special that was hard to find in any company. Unfortunately, this no longer exists as most of the associates that were part of that no longer work here due to the toxic work environment that the partners and management has created. Be warned if you are female you will not be treated fairly. In the last 9 months every woman that was in a leadership role has been replaced by a man. The partners manage out of fear and will lie to your face. This company is atrocious and is destined to go downhill quickly - would not be surprised if they were served a hefty lawsuit for their mistreatment of employees - specifically females. The negative reviews on this site all have truth to them - the positive ones were forced on employees. Just look at all the open positions posted. They continue to lose people because talented people can’t look past the unprofessional company this place has become.
