Pros

No pressure during the initial days of the month. Makes one feel responsible for the task assigned. Gives creative autonomy to employees.

Cons

Very poor salary for the amount of work one is made to do. Horribly organized. Most of the employees are all over the place, doing things they were not assigned initially when they signed up. Made to stay back late without any cab, reimbursement or overtime pay.

Pros

Good place to work, rapidly expanding

Cons

No editorial clarity over actions to be taken, attitude and diplomacy of seniors making negative environment, cheating youngsters in interviews to share their editorial ideas and not reverting to them. Ethics problem.
