Cons
I was lied to and taken advantage of for many years till I finally had enough. They are big on poor leadership, toxic work environment, undervaluing of talent unless you are part of the boys club. They offer low to no opportunities for advancement, refuse to pay market value, offer low pay, and no real benefits. The leadership team shady and dishonest, lack of hands-on from the owner, who is very male-centric/misogynistic. They have a non-existent culture because no one stays long enough to create one, not a stepping stone for your career but a revolving door. They do not learn from their past mistakes including wage and hour and EEO claims. Leadership sits in their ivory tower therefore they are not in touch with staff.
