Let me start by saying how sorry I am that your experience with us wasn’t a positive one. I’ll be the first to admit that some changes and improvements are needed. We have made some changes in the last couple of months to improve processes and empower team members to take more ownership of projects. But, nobody is perfect, and we’re still in the process of improving processes and building a stronger work culture.
That said, I want to address a few points from your review:
1. I like to hire people who are experts in their field and can deliver value to the clients. Yes, sometimes I take chances on people who have more potential than experience, but I do it because they are resilient, humble, dedicated and eager to learn. If that’s the definition of a mini-Tracy, then I see your comment as a compliment.
2. I am not, nor have I ever claimed to be, the world’s greatest IT expert. Do you think Elon Musk of Space X knows how to make a rocket? Of course not. He counts on the people around him to be the experts and deliver on his vision. I’m not a billionaire technology entrepreneur, but I do have goals, dreams and a desire to make an impact. I surround myself with the people I believe can help make those things a reality.
