Pros
Freedom, personal growth, leadership opportunities for those willing to go for it. Reasonably flexible work hours. Exceptional learning opportunities in the banking/financial sectors, exceptional technical experience to learn on a number of wide ranging platforms.
Cons
Expected overtime with no compensation for it. Hours offered "in-lieu" are never permitted to be used due to understaffing. Constantly required to defend your job due to the invisible nature of certain job roles. If you aren't waving your arms around in the air maniacally, "you aren't working hard enough".
