      You can get a nice discount on furniture

      Management is a joke...there is a group of "high schoolers" that want to relive the Mean Girls and they get assistance from HR with technicalities, they pick and chose who the rules apply to. Women have to dress accordingly as not to distract grown men...no shoulders (keep in mind this is a fulfillment warehouse there are no customers, it is dirty, moldy on NO AC or Heat for those that are not in the office). If a $.50 raise is your idea of a reward for working hard, not only meeting goals but exceeding them then THIS IS THE JOB FOR YOU but if you want to be treated with respect then it's easy do yourself a favor and don't apply.

      * Owners/Leadership are very open to new ideas * Always Exploring new technologies and processes * Great office in DI - lots of snacks and social opportunities. * Good benefits * Hybrid work (3 days in office) but very flexible for W/L Balance * It's fun to come to work

      Cons

      * Growing very fast which can lead to some confusion - but they are actively working on this * Sometimes we're innovating so fast it's hard to keep up with the changes * If you're motivated and self-reliant you're going to love it - If you just want to be told what to do and clock in and out, you will hate it.

      No offices or cubicles -- bull pen style seating so little privacy while working Tough WFH policy -- lied about ability to WFH when interviewing and then said it was fully in-person Bad organization-- couldn't tell me who I reported to Lots of overturn with employees Hourly pay that makes you clock in and out Inflexible PTO policy
