      Pros

      ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. These people unethical & immoral. They will lie, cheat and hurt anyone they don't like.

      Cons

      They only way to survive at Maxx is to play their game. Sell a lot, but don't complain when you're wronged out of sales or commission. Smile and nod when the tyrants belittle you on their bad days. Be best friends with the tyrants when they're having good days. Clap really loudly when they have their inspirational monday meetings where they tout the product as amazing and life altering. These people run this company like the cult they supposedly left, but every single action they do screams totalitarian cult leadership.

      Met some great people here

      The owners walk through the sales floor groping about how we need to make more sales, yet we have little to no product to sell. They come up with new directives every other week that contradict the previous one all to accommodate their favorite reps. Management literally steals your sales, and will cherry pick from your pipeline. Then alter the account to make it seem as though they had been working it the whole time. Extreme micro management! Owners and managment whisper crap behind your back, but offer little to no constructive criticism or feedback to better yourself. No benefits! Crap commission % and high goals.

      Pros

      The money was good and it was nice that it was a mon-fri job. it was also nice that you did not have to work nights. They had 2 dogs in the office that took some of the stress away from the whole experience.

      Cons

      Everything. They were mean and rude. They would put employees down. They embarrassed employees in front of everyone. They wouldn't allow breaks. They wouldn't allow time off to deal with emergencies.
