      High Pay, but High Turnover and Micromanagement Issues

      The only real advantage of working here is the salary — it's competitive and often above market rate.

      Cons

      the work environment has significantly declined over time. Micromanagement has become the norm, making it hard to feel trusted or valued. There's also a pattern of frequent hiring and firing, which creates a sense of instability and constant pressure. Job security and a healthy work culture are serious concerns.

      - Head office is in USA, so It is some times becomes difficult to match hours, from India and Pakistan.
