- It creates a feeling of working very closely with people who share a mutual goal, empowering everyone to reach their personal and technical potential. In environments like this you can’t be a ‘number’, you are the pole propping up your side. - Fully remote work policy - 4 days a week work policy, which is like a dream come true - Transparency and closeness amongst team members is notable and impressive - Feeling engaged in each step along the way of growing the product

- As an early start-up, the process of defining the right priorities that give the most value to the product is not an easy one - Scaling up and experiencing growing pains, in terms of finding the right people, tools, and processes
