Pros

Paycheck and free lunch on Friday

Cons

Management does not treat employees with respect. Senior Management has a condescending attitude towards the employees. People are expected to work nights and weekends without any possiblity of compensation time.

Pros

If you work with the right people, the work is fine. Some work could be interesting. There is free lunch on Friday.

Cons

Only go work there if you can take a lot, not just work load, but also public lessons from senior management in front of the entire company. Employees are required to spend 30 minutes unpaid time at 8 am to attend company-wide meeting every week. No respect for employees Severe case of micro management Very little consideration for employees' needs or feelings, or family requirement Very little upwards possiblity

Pros

Great Pay That is the only Nice thing I can SAY

Cons

There is nothing nice to say about this company, Oh, they feed you lunch every Friday They are a bunch of Bully's. If you don't fit in to that mentality they say that that is not what they are looking for. They are a bunch of untrained individuals that stand out side your office door to get informed of the latest information about the product and then put it in a proposal and call it there own. Stay FAR away
