Detailed Responsibilities: • Participates in the development of all accounting activities, financial analysis and reporting, procedures and internal controls, budget, and financial planning, and ensuring that all financial information conforms to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS), as well as Company group accounting policy. • Support Management in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources • The duties assigned will be varied; these will include but not be limited to the following: • Preparation of timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end group consolidation reporting as required by the Company group; • Review submission by each entity and analysis of the group and subsidiary in general; • Maintain full sets of accounts for the companies assigned by the Accounting Manager, ensuring accounting treatments and results follow compliance with IFRS and company accounting policy; • Prepare the management report, statutory report, Projects/dept profit & loss Statement, and Contraction in Progress report, analysis, reconciliation, and forecast for companies assigned, according to the requirements from management and group; • Maintain Fixed Assets register, run depreciation and amortization, and perform related assets management functions as per company policy; • Furnish auditing documents as per auditor’s requirements; • Responsible for the accounting file management for the companies assigned, including the historic files; • Other duties as assigned.
