Pros
Staff is typically wonderful, of course there are some hard days for everyone, but overall, we’re like family. Management is amazing, supportive and genuinely there to help you grow in the company. Doctor staff is generally pretty great. They teach quite a bit and listen to clients and staff- there’s no “holier than thou” approach. Opportunity to grow and move up is decent, pay is decent and fair, but mainly the opportunity to be taught things and be hands on that you don’t get at almost any other clinic is amazing.
Cons
There’s been some rough patches with some doctors but for the most part, it’s been great. I do wish there was more owner engagement with staff and team building events, especially between hospitals, I think that would benefit everyone.
