Letting someone be a supervisor who is unqualified just because they have been there the longest makes for a very uncomfortable work environment. When there is an issue and employees try to talk to upper management, the problems don't seem to be resolved. Upper management and the new supervisor text back and forth about current employees. They would rather hire young, inexperienced, non-licensed employees just so they do not have to pay more money. Dealing with part of the sales department.
