Will hire an experienced employee for lesser pay than what he was paid, giving him fake promises that you are a promising manager, you can become CEO and all crap on earth ,will give you hike in 3 months . The cheapest thing is the ops head will utter all these lies and shrug her shoulder that she was a successfull diplomat . #. The notice period in this company is 3 months . so that no emp can get relieved comfortably to join diff org , as they wont accept 3 months notice . # . Should submit your " ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE " either 12th or 10th so that you cannot utter a word back and you will have to oblige to what they say # WORKING on SUNDAY mandatory . # No P.F provided in this company with 148 employee's ( should be penalized under law ) . if you insist they will take the the employer and employee contribution from your take home salary . # best part if you take a Casual leave along with your weekoff (which would be on a weekday ) . you will have a loss of pay including the week off . A plan to make the emp's should never take clubbed holidays . # There is no use of a HR team . They are all smart toys in the Hands of the management , # They beg you to address them as MAM and SIR :D . In Local language we could say "mariyatha pichai ". The best part is the students who are walking in for the course enquiries are the Bakra's (goats) literally . A certificate from this institute is not even 5 % accredited by the companies in the current market . Totally a greeeeeedy and worst training institute with no standard's for a employee to work and train people . walking into mazenet is like inviting yourself for the cermonial slaughter with some sweet liars.
