      No Salary This is an Eastern European woman taking advantage of UK Minority graduates She convinces them they are "managers in training" but they just hassle people for money at train stations Three people I know who work there are thousands of pounds in debt because of this woman I have reported her to the police All other positive reviews are false AVOID AT ALL COST!!! THE POLICE ARE LOOKING INTO THIS CONWOMAN!!!

      Some great people but not so great that they wanted to point out to me the chance of delivering on promises were 0%

      Cons

      Think Pyramid marketing but with 12 hour days. Went for one role offered another was told would be going for entry level manager and would start at bottom and work my way up. Despite sacrificing every free minute of time and loosing my finance for this company 18 months later i was still canvassing shopping malls. The salary I was started on was a lot lower than they advertised but it was sold that it was because i was offered a different role and starting salary was lower due to it being fast track management programme and they would be investing a lot of time and i would have this great salary jump when i got there. Dont know how they sleep at night.

      Friendly and welcoming environment. Good for building confidence selling directly to the public. Had the chance to work in different cities around the country and made some worthwhile contacts.

      Cons

      Requires dedication and commitment.
