      Absolutely terrible workplace. Run a mile!

      The brand recognition remains strong.

      Cons

      This only relates to the ANZ team, it's an absolute train wreck of a workplace. The best people have already left or looking to depart ASAP. The APAC leadership team (all based out of Sydney) are so out of their depth it's laughable, they are only concerned with taking care of their own interests. Do yourself a favour, do not consider working at McAfee.

      Great work life balance, decent salary for the workload.

      Cons

      Lots of restructuring. No innovation or direction. Pretty chill as long as you don’t expect career growth. Product team has a long established ‘boys club’ mentality.
