      Due to budget cuts, district forced me to resign after first year, then Sup lied to public saying "we lost no teachers"

      Pros

      Kids are great, but then again, kids are usually great everywhere.

      Cons

      HR plays games in posting jobs. Principals play games in the hiring process. I Pads for students is a joke. Teachers are not as a rule using them in the classroom at all, save for "free time" at the end of class.

      Academics offered; sense of tight community and tradition in some schools; the students.

      Cons

      The leadership of some campuses and district office is full of individuals who focus on their own personal agendas and self-promotion instead of having a focus on instruction, growth, and students.
