Pros
Truly some of the best coworkers, who were always ready to help out or brainstorm solutions to many layers of problems. Frontline staff worked day and night to make the dreams of the owners happen at super exciting events all over the US!! I have some incredible memories, along with a ton of wine experience, and some friends for life because of this job.
Cons
It is deeply disappointing how they managed their small team. Staff tried every possible way to streamline processes and smooth out repeat problems, but management has very high turnover and their own incredibly busy schedules to stick to any long-term changes. Trying to understand the hierarchy of leading projects was like learning a new language while 10 different people were simultaneously giving you complex directions in 10 other languages.
