Pros
The office respects your time off and you’re not expected to work over the weekend unless it’s absolutely necessary. The fellow associate attorneys are phenomenal!
Cons
The office could be better managed. The partners don’t help with the workload at all. There needs to be better communication from the partners as to the things they want done in the case.

Pros
This is a place where you can take pride in working. Even the office space exudes a feeling of order and calm. From the top down, there is an expectation of professionalism and excellence. As an attorney, you are encouraged to take risks and gain new skills, but also feel supported. The firm does a great job of celebrating successes and even in my short time here there have been plenty. I look forward to more wins!
Cons
The firm uses really great case management software, but there is a steep learning curve in order to get the most out of it.
