Good Benefits, fair pay, community oriented.
Cons
Since Dan McCaffery's step down, the company has gone straight to corporate style ruthlessness. Where they once cared for the health and wealth of their employees, they now pitch them against each other and it's been a bloodbath. Overworked employees, the amount of work expected of one equals three.. it's just sad.
