      Pros

      Great people and cool projects. Lots of authority to balance responsibility. Would recommend to entry level architects for great training and growth opportunities

      Cons

      Need to grow in order for long term employee growth opportunities. Also need to developer core and shell clients for diversity.

      Great place to work for someone fresh out of Architectural school! The President of the company is very supportive of young professionals.

      Lack of core value. Senior management is not passionate about this company.
