Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased you've enjoyed our work-life balance flexibility, manager communication and support, and project variety during your employment. We recognize the nature of project related work can have varied activity. Managers and discipline leaders meet weekly to plan and project workload, as well as, pursue new work opportunities. They then work with staff at various levels to advance project development and identify and pursue new work. Additionally, work sharing between offices and disciplines is pursued to help maintain steady workload.

Pros

Supportive managers who are accepting of feedback and always looking to improve. Great learning experiences working on a variety of interesting projects. Hybrid work environment is a plus.

Cons

Workload expectations vary significantly from group to group / discipline to discipline. Some disciplines are expected to work 40+ hour weeks of billable work, while others are more flexible. Therefore, work life balance suffers sometimes and is uneven across the company.

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear you're having positive experiences with our supportive managers, engaging projects, and hybrid work environment. We understand that project-related work can vary in pace, and to manage this, our managers and discipline leaders meet weekly to plan and distribute workload, aiming to minimize any potential peaks and valleys. If you anticipate or consistently face expectations requiring more than 40 hours a week, we encourage you to have a conversation with your direct supervisor and/or discipline Director. Additionally, our Human Resources Department is always available to help address any ongoing challenges you may be experiencing.
