We recognize the nature of project related work can have varied activity. Managers and discipline leaders meet weekly to plan and project workload, as well as, pursue new work opportunities. They then work with staff at various levels to advance project development and identify and pursue new work. Additionally, work sharing between offices and disciplines is pursued to help maintain steady workload.

If you anticipate or consistently face expectations requiring more than 40 hours a week, we encourage you to have a conversation with your direct supervisor and/or discipline Director. Additionally, our Human Resources Department is always available to help address any ongoing challenges you may be experiencing.
