Cons

Fast-paced environment, but for me that's a good thing. I like challenge and change and growth. I would not want to work for a company that was slow and boring! And although it's fast-paced, leaders are flexible when we need to attend a child's school program or go to the dentist or just need to take a break after a hard day.

Good place to work if you're single and have no life.

Cons

Will work you to death. Say goodbye to your family, because if you work here you won't see them much. It's not unusual to put in 60-70 hours per week, salaried of course so they don't have to pay overtime.

Pros

McCownGordon employs some awesome people and they pay very good. There is also a lot of fun company sponsored events.

Cons

They talk a lot about open door policy and core values, however when you do speak your mind or bring a problem forward there has been backlash - especially if it is viewed negative on the upper management and owners. There is a terrible work life balance.
