Pros

Good pay and great benefits. Its a decent place all the 500+ employees are nice

Cons

500+ people are mostly nice but lots of loud people yelling in break room. 5 different types of busses. Some are tiny cockpits.

Pros

The folks and the wages. Like every place you have your employees who bring down the overall morale, but you also have those that make it an awesome place to work. A good portion of employees here are diamonds in the rough, hidden amongst the coal.

Cons

The department I worked in was headed by a person with little, to no, technical background and we suffered recurring fines and issues with the equipment because we were restricted in our capacity to maintain stocked inventory for the equipment, among various other reasons.

A Good Place to Work

Pros

This company is rather huge and nationwide, so I can only speak for my particular location. Starting pay is decent, and benefits are good. It's a good place if you learn things on your own and apply them.

Cons

At administrative levels (mid-level) the pay gets a bit stingy with no bonuses or perks to speak of. For some, it's actually a pay cut, but a good way to pad the resume.
