Needs Major Cultural and Leadership Improvements

Pros

I honestly couldn’t find meaningful pros during my time here. The only positive aspect was my direct leader. He is genuinely supportive, though understandably hard to reach due to his responsibilities. A few colleagues were nice, but this wasn’t consistent across the company.

Cons

In my experience, the overall environment often feels disorganized and more chaotic than a functional workplace. While I’m fortunate to report to one of the genuinely supportive C-level leaders, several other senior executives and department heads including HR contribute to ongoing dysfunction. Roles and responsibilities are frequently unclear, leaving employees unsure of priorities and constantly trying to compensate for gaps that leadership doesn’t address. HR and some departments also struggle with basic processes, such as timely communication, handling employee concerns effectively, and ensuring salary matters are managed transparently. Day to day interactions can be unprofessional, with loud or disruptive communication, micromanagement, and leaders taking credit for work they didn’t contribute to. At the executive level, certain leaders exacerbate the culture through unproductive behavior in meetings and visible favoritism, which leaves some employees overworked, overlooked, and undervalued. Compensation and benefits are significantly below market, and recognition for effort or results is rare. It’s disappointing to see some leaders nominated for awards despite these internal issues. Employees are often let go suddenly, sometimes on the same day, with little communication or explanation. The process feels abrupt and unnecessarily harsh, the Head of HR instructing people to leave immediately and closing the door in a way that makes the situation feel punitive rather than professional.

Pros

Central location with easy access to public transport

Cons

- One of the boss is very rude and bossy, often making meetings unpleasant - Performance evaluations are never objective, everything depends on "connections” and “feeling” - Salary increases? Don’t get your hopes up, they’re barely enough to buy a cup of coffee - Don’t expect any work life balance, it’s nonexistent - Too many unproductive meetings
