Overall competitive pay for not being apart of the union. Managers over the department are great, and really care about people down to the individual level.

Cons

Wish it was apart of a union, but when you're performing both electrical work and mechanical work which union do you join and align with? The amount of information that would be taught and not used overshadows the information that would be used.
