Pros

Smart and dedicated colleagues who really care about the work they are doing and about each other. Inspiring and mission-driven work with a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Excellent benefits/compensations and professional development opportunities.

Cons

The Foundation is going through a lot of change, which is difficult. Though the new leadership has been transparent and thoughtful, and the change feels like an opportunity for growth and improvement.
