Many professors are morons who think they are geniuses. Will pressure you to falsify research data to fit their far fetched hypothesis. Harassment and racism are commonplace and covered by the administration

Feel badly for the custodial staff who are underpaid and were treated poorly in the last negotiations. Hard to watch waste happening - various ways, i.e. new software system being implement and it's going very roughly
