*It was my life's disastrous decision to join this company. *Internal management is totally shaken. No one sticks to this company for a long time. *And for new joinees, the upper management will be so insecure and play all cards to throw you out of the company or will compell you to leave. please donot waste your time & enery for such kind of a company. *its a "LALA" company. *salary not in time. and expenses, they'll pay as per their understanding. not what you actually spend. *when you leave, they will not even pay your salary and expenses due. *the comoany should understand that its selling DEO & not some food items that customers will purchase everyday so please don't force to make sales every week in the same market. *understand your product well, then please make a marketing strategy likewise. *just can't pressurise to sell Deo's every single day. *BE LOGICAL *BE AWARE OF SUCH FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

One should never ever join the organization till he or she is in very bad shape. The Chief Business Officer is clueless about the business. Believes that aged people are worthless only young blood can run the show. MD is a puppet and doesn't understand business. Highly abusive culture. Humiliation is what you will receive day in and out. HR team is a bunch of idiots trying to show off. Never ever expect any support for those hypocrite buffoons! Recently sacked all old manpower from the organization without even any notice. They will not give you any support, and will always ask you to double your business (but no one knows how?). They will ask to remove all ground level manpower and then will expect you to run as an entry level employee to the market. Not at all market oriented. The marketing and Trade marketing people thinks that they are GOD and knows each and every thing. Never tries to understand your ground reality. The entire organization runs (struggling) on few top people's whims and fancies who does not even care about humanity. You will find the MD talking about family. Please remember, he is talking about his OWN family and never meant YOU as his family member. If you have a family, then please do not join this organization, you are surely to have a tough time in near future.
