      Field teams in Phoenix stuck digging MCC out of a hole they did not create.

      Job security. Pay can be okay. PMs and Sr PMs are sold!

      Cons

      Great field teams to work with! But, they should tell you up front they will not pay out your PTO. Even if you have worked long enough to accrue over 130 hours of PTO, not sick time. Just PTO. Even after working multiple Sundays. They also have a great General Super, but they don’t let him do his job. He is always stuck running a project. Unfortunate for MCC and all of the Phoenix field teams. Work Sunday at VPs request you will get a thank you.
