Cons
It's really about the industry not a company itself: A lot of processes and bureaucracy that make it hard to introduce changes. Very limited ownership and responsibility. Even small improvements or automation ideas are difficult to implement due to strict procedures, which can be frustrating if you’re looking for more impact.
