Pros

They made great promises and were enthusiastic about my start. Provided full relocation.

Cons

This company is the most unorganized place I have ever worked. I have to estimate that 40% of the workforce in my office was set to retire in the next 5 years or so and refused to learn new systems and processes that would enable information sharing. Leadership consists of old white men. It's an old boys club reminiscent of the show mad men.

Pros

one oif the longer standing companies without any black mark on the pages. Right kind of people in right spots so no clumsy kind of work experience and pays are good.

Cons

Not much known in India even after three years of its launch. not much growth designation wise.

If you are in the R&D, run!!

Pros

The job location in Evansville has individual offices which is a welcome change from cubicles. They also have feee parking and a decent fitness center. The employees are friendly.

Cons

There are major problems if you are looking for a job within the R&D in this company. And if you are looking for a long term career prospect, run away from this company. Some problems are: 1. There are NO promotion opportunities. Moreover, the base salaries went down in 2018 for several employees. This is driven by RB acquisition. For a person who has been here for 15+ years, this was such a bummer. 2. The organization is very top heavy, and there are a lot of Managers/Directors but not enough people to do the work. Also, morale is pretty low. They have introduced R&D awards which are sham and go to the people who indulge management in their whims. The benefits (medical, dental, vision and 401K) took a hit after RB acquisition.
