Employees & customers are treated with respect and compassion. For this Mead Square Pharmacy's employees stay loyal. I have been employed for 30 years and this company is by far the best place to work!
Cons
Mead Square Pharmacy's upper management and owners are straight forward and they allow their employees to have a flexible schedule, for this reason I do not have anything negative to say.

My experience at Mead Square Pharmacy has been the best! One of the benefits of working at a small independently owned pharmacy is that the staff treats you like a person rather than a number. They are all so genuine and kind hearted! I feel like because the staff is so comforting and the customers are amazing, that Mead Square Pharmacy makes very few errors and provides fast service so its customers medications are ready at the time they promised! I've been with this company for several years and not one morning have I woken up not wanting to go to work! It's a great feeling!!
Cons
Every place of employment has it's downsides. One of the best things about Mead Square Pharmacy is that if you have an issue or concern, or just aren't happy with something, the management team is so easy to talk to and very helpful in taking care of the situation.
