Its a family owned business. That means if anything goes wrong you don't have a HR to go speak to. If you are hired for social you report to only one person and this particular person can get really emotionally abusive if she wanted to. She is crazy and puts a lot of pressure on you. And you're going to be very underpaid compared to rest of the industry so trust me you don't need this.
