Pros

Honest, overworked colleagues. Kind clients. Nice building. Lovely coffee at the cafè. Plenty of busses to location. No positives towards the company.

Cons

No regular pay. No pay for hours worked. Having more than your work load shoved into you but NOT being paid for extra calls. Play on your emotions when you say you cannot work and/or threaten not to give you any more hours. I left almost 1 year ago and still have not received p45. As soon as new management came in I left as too much disruption. New managers never spoke to us politely and would never get stuck in with the work. I felt like a school child being told off at times. Very patronising. The list of reasons why to avoid this company are absolutely endless. I'm sure clients would agree hence why there was a lot going on behind the scenes with clients trying to get Mears out. Sending a male care worker to clients just to be turned down is a waste of time for both parties as they have clearly specified for no male carers. Unbelievably disrespectful. Have heard of many people leaving after myself and it is no wonder when you have a company being run like that.
