Pros

The managers were good people. The pay is decent. Plenty of room for upward mobility. The work is difficult, but perfect for young athletes trying to stay in shape and make a living at the same time. Learn excellent work ethics, leadership abilities, and how to be a team player.

Cons

Many times I would not know if I had work until the day before. There must be a more transparent way to schedule hours.

Can make good money if you promote. Easy job to perform.

Cons

Long or short workdays, you can never tell. Bad work/life balance. Operations Management doesn't care about the grunt workers or their lives. Everyone is easily dispensible.
