You can work from home

Cons

No fixed style sheet. No proper planning. Everything is trending and there’s no originality. Writers plagiarise everything from the internet and the editors do a really bad job due to the time constraints and so called targets. Nobody sees that everything is just copied off US websites. Unless you’re really desperate and have no other choice at all don’t join. It’s worse than purgatory here

A lot to learn here but it's overshadowed by the absolute toxic environment.

Cons

Many. One of the worst places one can work in. The toxic work culture doesn't care about any of its employees. Humiliation and insults are how they believe work gets done. If you are even considering joining the place, drop the idea and save yourself an immense amount of pain.

They let you work from home, but milk you for it.

Cons

Beware they have little regard for earned leave. They won't let you take any nor compensate you when you leave. A very toxic environment.
